How do I add an add-on to my dog’s appointment?
Choose them when you book online — they’re listed under Add-ons — or just ask at drop-off. Most can be added on the day if there’s time.
Can I book an add-on without a bath or groom?
Nail trims and anal gland expression are standalone services you can book on their own. Everything else — de-shedding, facials, teeth brushing, shave downs, flea & tick shampoo — is added to a bath or full groom.
Why do some add-ons say “starting at”?
Because a de-shed on a Great Pyrenees takes far longer than one on a beagle. “Starting at” prices go up with your dog’s size and coat condition, and we always confirm the number before we begin.

A gentle, tearless facial wash that lifts tear stains and the grime that collects in beards and face folds, and leaves the face smelling faintly of blueberries. Popular for doodles, poodles, shih tzus, and any dog with a light-coloured face.
