Getting in touch
What’s the fastest way to book an appointment?
Online booking. It takes about two minutes, shows you real openings, and works at 11pm when you remember. Calling works too — we answer during shop hours, 9AM–6PM, seven days a week.
Can I text you instead of calling?
Yes. (417) 496-1588 takes texts as well as calls. Texts are handy for photos of a coat you’re worried about — a picture tells us more about matting than a description does.
How quickly will you get back to me?
Calls and texts during shop hours usually get an answer the same day. Email can take a little longer, especially on a busy grooming day, so anything time-sensitive is better by phone.
Do you take walk-ins?
Self-wash is walk-in any time we’re open. Nail trims and anal gland expressions are usually quick enough to fit in, but call ahead so you’re not waiting. Full grooms, trims, and baths are by appointment.
I need to cancel or reschedule — who do I tell?
Call the shop at (417) 496-1588, or use the link in your booking confirmation email. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to give the slot to someone on the waitlist.
